Help us keep appointments available.

We know that plans can change. If you let us know as soon as you can, we may be able to offer your appointment to another patient who needs care sooner.

You can help us keep appointments open for everyone by following these simple steps:

  • Please respond to appointment reminders. When you get an automated message, confirm or cancel your appointment as soon as you can. This lets us offer open times to patients who need care urgently or are waiting to be seen sooner.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us at least 24 hours ahead of time. Patients who repeatedly miss appointments or cancel without enough notice may be disengaged from the practice.
  • If you’d like to be seen sooner, you can join our waitlist. Just ask to be added, and we’ll contact you if an earlier appointment becomes available.

How our waitlist works

When a spot opens up, the first person on the list gets a text message. We hold the appointment for 30 minutes while you reply to accept or decline. If we don’t hear back, we’ll offer it to the next person on the list.
