Important cost and coverage updates.

The Department of Defense has announced their changes for 2026 TRICARE Prime plans (including the US Family Health Plan):

Annual enrollment fees

Active-duty family members: No enrollment fee (no change from 2025)

Retirees and their families*:
» Group A: $381.96 per individual / $765 per family
» Group B: $462.96 per individual / $927 per family

*Group A retirees with Medicare Part B will have their individual enrollment fee waived.
Group A: Initial enlistment or appointment of your uniformed services sponsor began before Jan. 1, 2018. Group B: Initial enlistment or appointment of your uniformed services sponsor began on or after Jan. 1, 2018.
