Generations Advantage Prime (HMO-POS), Select (LPPO), Focus DC (HMO SNP), Value Plus (HMO) and Flex (RPPO) plans have Part D prescription drug coverage built right into the plan.
Generations Advantage PRIME (HMO-POS)
Our most popular comprehensive plan. Complete medical, hospital, and prescription drug coverage with low copayments for in-network services. Point of Service (POS) benefit allows out-of-network providers for designated services. Includes comprehensive dental coverage.
Generations Advantage Flex (RPPO)
Flexibility in provider choice and affordability. Pay in-network cost shares for any provider who participates in Medicare throughout the Maine and New Hampshire service area. You may pay for out-of-network providers outside the service area, except for emergencies or urgent care.
Generations Advantage Select (LPPO)
Wide choice and plan flexibility. Complete medical, hospital, and prescription drug coverage. You can see out-of-network providers for all covered services, with the option to pay less if you see in-network doctors.
Generations Advantage VALUE PLUS (HMO)
Affordable in-network coverage plus Part D drug benefits. Comprehensive in-network medical and hospital benefits plus Part D prescription coverage with low monthly premium. 
Generations Advantage VALUE (HMO)
Comprehensive in-network medical and hospital benefits at a $0 premium. Does not include Part D prescription drug coverage. Excellent choice if you already have prescription coverage through TRICARE®, the VA, or an employer plan. This plan offers rich supplemental benefits.
Generations Advantage FOCUS DC (HMO SNP)
Designed for people living with diabetes. Complete medical, hospital, and prescription drug coverage with $0 copays for in-network, diabetes-related specialist visits, extra coverage through the Part D coverage gap, and enhanced care management. Available in Cumberland County only.
