Start with your primary care team.

When you’re sick or hurt, figuring out where to go can add to your worries. For most non-emergency health concerns, your Martin’s Point primary care team is a good place to start.

Your care team knows your health history, and our Health Care Centers often have same-day appointments available. Give your primary care office a call first. We’ll see if we can get you in, and if urgent care makes more sense, we’ll help point you in the right direction.

When to get emergency help.

For a serious or life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room right away. This includes symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, seizures, loss of consciousness, sudden severe pain, serious head injuries, uncontrolled bleeding, poisoning or overdose.

If you or someone you care about is experiencing a mental health crisis, call or text 988 for immediate support.
