The portal is a good choice for

Our patient portal is a convenient option for routine, non-urgent requests. If you have new symptoms, something is getting worse or you need an answer sooner than usual portal response times, call us instead.

  • Routine appointment changes, unless your appointment is within 48 hours
  • Medication refill requests
  • Referral requests
  • Forms your provider needs to complete
  • Billing questions or payments
  • Requests to send lab or radiology results to another provider

Give us a call when

  • You have new or worsening symptoms
  • You have an urgent question that isn’t an emergency
  • You have questions about lab or radiology results or what to do next
  • You need to change an appointment within the next 24–48 hours
  • You’re calling about care for a spouse, parent, or dependent child

And if it’s an emergency, call 911 right away rather than using the portal.

After you send us a portal message

We review portal messages Monday through Friday during business hours. Medication refills can take up to three business days, while forms may take up to seven. We generally respond to other routine requests within 24 to 48 hours. If you need help sooner, give us a call.
