Martin’s Point Generations Advantage is committed to supporting accessible, reliable, patient-centered pharmacy benefits for our Medicare members. Extended-days supply (100-day) have been shown to improve adherence rates, decrease gaps in therapy, improve chronic conditions, and enhance continuity of care. 

Beginning January 1, 2026, Generations Advantage members can fill a 100-day supply for medications in Tier 1 or Tier 6 (for plans with this tier). 

Member cost-share.

• $0 copay at preferred retail pharmacies.*
• $0 copay through CVS Caremark® Mail Service Pharmacy.
• Same cost as a 90-day supply at standard/non-preferred retail pharmacies.

Prescribing next steps.

1. Write 100-day prescriptions when clinically appropriate.
2. Send prescriptions to the patient’s retail pharmacy or CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy.

Checking medication eligibility.

Medications qualify for 100-day supplies if they are included in the Generations Advantage Formulary and listed in Tier 1 or Tier 6. Providers and pharmacies can verify eligibility using the formulary search tool on the Martin’s Point website: martinspoint.org/partd.
