Martin’s Point partners with Included Health, Inc. to offer telehealth services connecting you to a board-certified provider 24/7/365 for online urgent care and behavioral health support outside of normal office hours. This service is available in all 50 states.

Services Provided

Urgent Care
Available usually within minutes.
Abdominal pain, headaches, burning on urination, sinus/ear infection, sore throat, flu, fever, allergies, minor cut/burn, bug/animal bite, sprain/strain, skin rash/infection, etc.

Behavioral Health
Available by appt. usually within 1-2 days.
Online therapy and psychiatry for anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, grief, medication management, etc.

Costs

Your health plan’s in-network copays apply. When logged in, your cost will display upfront to avoid surprise bills.

Getting Started

You’ll need a mobile device or computer with camera and microphone to access telehealth services.

1. Visit IncludedHealth.com/MartinsPoint to create an account. Have your Member ID number ready, found on your Member ID card.
2. When registering, click “Add your health insurance” and select your plan: Martin’s Point Health Care—Generations Advantage
3. Once logged in, use the search tool to find a provider and schedule a telehealth visit.
