US Family Health Plan members now have the option to fill/refill most generic medications—including 90-day fills of maintenance medications—at any in-network pharmacy of their choice. *
*Note: The Defense Health Agency still requires most brand-name and specialty generic maintenance medications for chronic conditions to be filled through the Martin’s Point Mail-Order Pharmacy.
Most preferred generic medication will have a lower copay at retail pharmacies than through our Mail-Order Pharmacy, even for 90-day supplies, saving you money!
How to use your refill options
To switch to using an in-network retail pharmacy for most generic fills/refills: Please ask your provider to send a new prescription to your pharmacy of choice.
To continue using the Martin’s Point Mail-Order Pharmacy for generic refills: You can save time by ordering your refills using our online refill service or convenient RefillProTM mobile app. Both are available 24/7.
